Shipping

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

International shipping

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days). Customs delays may add time.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Shipping carriers
We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on location). Carrier choice is at our discretion unless you select a paid shipping upgrade.

Lost or damaged packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@negativeionstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will investigate and promptly replace or refund the order.

Who is eligible?

  • All supplement purchases from negativeionstore.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Conditions

  • Refund applies to the product purchase price. Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Products should be returned in original packaging where possible. Opened product returns are accepted for refund (we ask for reason for return) — we do not require products to be unopened to issue a refund, except for certain hygiene-restricted items (none of our supplements are hygiene-restricted).

How to return

  1. Email info@negativeionstore.com with subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number].

  2. Provide order number, product name(s), and reason for return.

  3. We will reply within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error — in that case we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping.

Exchanges
We can exchange for the same product or issue a refund. If you want a different product, place a new order and return the original under the 30-day policy.


Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank/card issuer.

  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
